I wrote this on my other blog a few years ago. I have updated it; put on a fresh layer of paint and switched it up a bit. I think it is a very important subject (HAPPINESS) and this post is deserving of a little airing out. 😀 I dare you NOT to be happy after reading this!

Laugh. Watch a funny movie. Go to a local comedy show. Tell a joke. Or just laugh at life’s little surprises.
Talk. Open the floodgates and let it all out.
Play. Let out your inner child. Don’t worry about looking foolish. Swing on the swings. Splash in rain puddles. Lie in the grass and watch the clouds roll by. Allow yourself to have fun. You deserve it.
Music. Listen to upbeat happy music with positive messages.
Get outside. Natural settings enhance your mood. Spend time appreciating nature, even if it’s just a walk in the park.
